Eagles QB Kevin Kolb spoke recently with the Fort Worth Star-Telegram on his status with the team. He says that he hasn’t spoken to Andy Reid about his status with the team since the season ended.

Former Eagles defensive back Tom Brookshier passed away on Friday night at the age of 78.  He played on the 1960 Eagles championship team which was the last Birds squad to win the NFL title.

The country has an unemployment rate which is above 10%. We’re fighting two wars and the administration has been immersed in a 10-month, so far unsuccessful struggle to put together a legitimate health care bill but President Barack Obama’s justice department may go to battle with the Bowl Championship Series.

The Eagles have officially named Howie Roseman to be their new general manager. Roseman spent most of the week in Mobile, Alabama where he scouted the talent in this year’s Senior Bowl.
