Paulman's Rankings of the Top 10 Teams in the NFC after Week #2

#1) 49ers (2-0) - Clearly the Best All-Around Team in the NFC and perhaps the entire NFL right now
#2) Falcons (2-0) - Offense looks explosive as they are becoming a more passing down the field type of Team with new OC D Koetter, Impresive Wins versus the Chiefs on the Road and the peyton Manning led Broncos last eve
#3) Cardinals (2-4) - Beat a tough Seahawk Team in their Opener and then traveled up to New England to beat the Pats.. Have won 9 of their last 11 Games
#4) Eagles (2-0) - Showing a mental Toughness we hve not seen in years with comeback wins versus the Browns and Ravens, then again they could be 0-2 just as easily.. Need a complete game by all 3 components Offense,Defense and Special Teams but 2-0 is a great place to be
#5) Packers (1-1) - Opening Home Game loss to the 49ers woke this Team up and they will be there in the end..
#6) Seahawks (1-1) - Most underrated Team in the NFC in my opinion who has lots of young talent and a physcial presence. If QB R Wilson protects the ball and plays smart, they are a playoff-ontending team and a tough out for anyone and especially at home
#7) Giants (1-1) - WOke up for a monster 2nd Half versus the TB Bucs,
the addition of TE Martellus Bennett will provide hugh for them as they have basically played without a threat of a TE for the last couple of Season as he will bering a new Dimension to their Offense.. RB Depth if Bradshaw continues to get injured is a concer as is their CB play
#8) Panthers (1-1) - Nice come back in Week #2 as they dominated the Saints for most of the game.. Can Cam Newton be consistent, can their 2nd/3rd WR's like B Lafell & Louis Murphy step up and make plays and can their Def LIne conitnue to put Pressure on opposing Defenses, have a great LB Corp.. Their Pu of RB/FB/HB Mke Tolbert was an under the radar but excellent siging
#9) Rams (1-1) - Had one of the best all-around Drafts in recent memory in 2012, going to play the young players and watch them grow.. De Long and Quinn form one of the best Pass-rushing Duo's in the NFC, CB J Jenkins has All-Pro written all over him and coupled with free-agent pick-up C Finnegan gives the Rams an excellent CB tandem. On Offense WR's B Gibson and D Amendola have a nice rapport with the improved QB S Bradford who looks stronger, more decisive in the Pocket with each passign week.. If their OL can hold up and that's a big IFm than this Team will be a tough out
#10) Lions/TB Bucs/Cowboys/Bears (all 1-1) - Up and down and are inconsistent as they showed in Week #2 and I believe these Teams will be up and down for the most of the Season, look good one week, and not so the next... Lions can't run the ball, Secondary is weak, TB Bucs Secondary is horrible, COwboys has a mess along their OL and Safety positions, and the Bears QB Cutler has maturity and leadership issues and their OL is a mess too..
