Who is the kid that Lazor is talking to in the photo?

The conspiracy theorists will be saying that kid is our new QB.

Has anyone watched the University of Virginia Offense the last couple of Seasons..Not very impressive if you ask me.
Picture could be QB Phillip SIms or QB Michael Rocco
Maybe Lazor is hoping for a “Rising of Lazorous” interevention to get his Offense’s back on track but Virginia was brutal offensively last Season..

It looks like the guy has alot of experience under some pretty good NFL coaches. I am sure that Kelly knows what he is looking for in a QB coach, I wouldn’t get all crazy about the hire.
