Final Thoughts
Don’t buy-in to this nonsense.
The Phillies are on a roll right now, but let’s be real here, we’ve been down this road before several times this year with this club.
When they had a successful west-coast trip earlier in the year, the team was supposedly turning it around.
When the team won a weekend series back in late April/early Mary against Washington, they were supposedly turning it around.
And just a few weeks ago, after they managed to sweep the Braves on the road, that was supposedly the turning point too.
This five-game winning streak is just another flash in the pan, folks. Its another tease, just like the team’s other high points. Its more false hope purchased with Fool’s Gold.
