The Thursday night football games are just a terrible product.
We’ve seen one-sided affairs every week this year, and that’s a trend that I think is going to continue into this week.
The Vikings come off of a surprising win over the Falcons under rookie Teddy Bridgewater, but Bridgewater left the game with an ankle injury and is questionable to play this week. Even if he does play, he’ll do it with no practice and have to go on the road to take on a veteran group that has plenty of experience preparing on the short week.
If Bridgewater can’t go, the Vikings are forced to go with first-round bust Christian Ponder.
Green Bay should roll at home, and the Vikings will be the latest victim of the Thursday Night Massacre.
Pick: Green Bay 30, Minnesota 13
2 really bad Thursday night football games in a row. I sure hope Bridgewater is playing tonight. I would like to see his talent on display and I know if Christian Ponder is the QB it will be 3 blow outs in a row on Thursday night.
Last time I saw Green Bay play Ha Ha Clinton Dix looked weak and timid, I’d like to see him 4 weeks later and see if he improved.
Green Bay 31- 9 with Ponder — Green Bay 24- 20 with Bridgewater
green bays d may be worse than the eagles… vikings keep it close.. asiata and mckinnon go nuts
Vikings could Rush for 200 + Yards against this Packer Front 7
I expect a much closer game even with Ponder at the helm..
The Vikings has some young weapons in WR C Patterson, J Wright,
TE K Rudolph and Scat/Back McKinnon,,,
Adrian Who????
maybe they dont keep it close if ponder plays
I think Ponder plays well for Vikings tonight
