Final Thoughts

Well, this was bound to happen sooner or later.

The Phillies cooled off dramatically, with old pitching and hitting issues returning in the blowout loss.

Jerad Eickhoff just seems to be completely snake-bitten this year. He hasn’t gotten any kind of run support all year long, and I believe that combined with his winless pitching record has impacted him mentally and caused him to have the poor season he’s gone through.
