G.. In your opinion with the suspect year that Sheldon Brown had, do you think Will James will start ahead of him this year. Pesonally I think he is a better cover corner.

He may be a better pure cover corner but Sheldon is probably a more complete corner in this defense right now. Sheldon has been playing very well at the mini camp and he does a great job moving inside on nickel. James is going to be on the field a lot so it'll seem like he's starting. I don't think James is going to start over Sheldon.

Who are the surprises–the rookies with more athletic ability than expected, the undrafted guy who is poised and ready to play, the veteran who has really improved his skills?

Jason Avant has shown tremendous improvement over a year ago. Jeremy Bloom has looked good. Winston Justice has gotten stronger. Tony Hunt has picked up the Eagles offense very quickly. He will get Ryan Moats cut. On defense, I love Takeo Spikes. Chris Gocong has looked very good.

Hey Gary from what you have seen of B. Bunkley so far this offseason in the mini camps what do you think of him.Do you think he will make an impact on that defensive line this season.I think his play will be one of most important factors on that D line.

I think Bunkley will do a good job for the Birds this year because he's got big time talent. He's quick, strong.and tenacious. Let me add, that I think he could have helped them last year but the Birds coaching staff took too much time to put him on the field. This kid is no better now than he was a year ago. I repeat they should have played him last year.
