From Bruce, Hi Garry, As disappointing as the loss was to the Bears I'm not ready to see Kevin Kolb or an other QB. I want McNabb to pull himself out of this funk and get back to being the QB that he was and can be again.
He is only 30 years old and could QB for another 5 to 7 years. Let's suck it up and work on getting better game by game.
From Tom,
Disappointment. Frustration. Confusion. Hope. Anger. Anxiety. It's a mixed bag of emotions when I think of this team. Sunday's performance still weighs heavily; however, there was about 30 seconds of that game that I really enjoyed. It was McNabb's little kicks and fist pumps after he broke out of the pocket, stayed within bounds, and picked up that first down in the 4th quarter. That was emotion. That was excitement. That was what I want to see from him and the team more often. Those were a good 30 seconds.
From Larry,
I agree with the comments from Riley and Vishal which you published. To add Andy picked Todd Pinkston over Chris Chambers and Freddy Mitchell over Reggie Wayne.
The Eagles lack playmakers at the skill postions and in the return game, good field position always benefits offense.
Jeffrey Lurie gave Andy to much responsibility after they fired Modrak and apparently his performance as a talent evaluator is not being questioned by the higher ups.
From Chris,
All day on WIP I have been hearing how Reid can't draft players, but they all praise Kolb. Are you kidding me? Sometimes this city just baffles me.
