Eli Manning has to continue to play within himself. He can't force anything and go back to the Eli, who was playing earlier this season and throwing 20 interceptions. Yet he has to move the football team and get in the endzone.
Manning must find a happy medium. It's going to be a must that they're able to run the football. The Giants won't have a chance throwing the ball more than 30 times in this game. The defense must keep them in it and their offense must play a ball control game. That means Brandon Jacobs and Ahmad Bradshaw need to have big games. Their offensive line has to win the battle upfront. They've got to get movement at the point of attack, then stay on their man so that the cutback will be there for their running backs.
Manning will have to keep his eye on Rodney Harrison, who will try to move up into the box as a way of taking away the Giants running game.
Eli can try to audible and take the short outside throw to his wideouts. This will keep New England honest. The Giants can't waste timeouts but Eli may have to use one or two of them on key downs in the redzone if he sees something he can't figure out.
