You know that coverage of the upcoming Super Bowl game will be focused on the play of the two quarterbacks, Tom Brady and Eli Manning. Surprisingly it's Manning and not Brady who played errorless ball in his conference championship game.
I know Brady is the best big game quarterback in the NFL today but that's based on what he's done in the games before his three interception performance against the Chargers. Chances are he's going to be back to his nearly perfect performance on Sunday but pass rush pressure could change that. If Michael Strahan, Osi Umenyiora and Justin Tuck dominate they could make Brady struggle. If they give him time, it'll be disastrous for New York.
As for Manning, he'd better not try to be a star and start forcing passes into tight coverages. He's got to be careful early because Belichick is very deceptive. He likes to trick quarterbacks by disguising both the coverages and the pass rush front. The Pats go back and forth from 3/4 to 4/3 to confuse opposing offensive lines and quarterbacks. It works
