The lady that tried to extort money from Randy Moss because of an accidental injury to his pinky, has agrreed to withdraw her request for a restraining order against Moss. This all was a joke and shouldn't have been taken seriously in the first place.
Moss and his friend of eleven years were horsing around in a friendly manner when Moss accidentally sprained the worman's pinky finger. Now the woman will submit a claim to Moss' insurance company because the injuries were accidental.
The woman had previously tried to get $500,000 for spraining her pinky when Moss and her were playing around while the New Engtland wide receiver was visiting her. She had tried to get him to pay the money before she went public with the claim that this was domestic violence.
