Allen Iverson will return to Philly tomorrow as a member of the Denver Nuggets and he will battle the Sixers in what will be an important game for both teams. It's going to be very interesting to see what kind of greeting Sixers fans will have for Allen.
Will the fans root for Allen during the game or will they give him a nice reception then once the game gets started treat him like any other opponent who comes in town and tries to beat the Sixers?
Remember the Sixers are a team on a roll. They have won 15 of their last 19 games. This has turned into a validation of Billy King. He was fired but the way the Sixers have turned things around will add to resume and probably help him land another job in an NBA front office.
Even though Allen had his weaknesses while he was here I think Sixers fans should show him some appreciation for all the excitement and entertainment he brought to the city while playing here for the Philly team.
