It shouldn't be a surprise what Michael Vick
is doing in prison. He's in Kansas at the Leavenworth federal penatentiary and he's been in communication with Atlanta Falcons owner Arthur Blank.
According to Blank, Vick is playing football at the prison like the inmates on the many prison movies you've seen at the theatres and on dvd's. The Falcons owner said that the former number one pick in the draft had played quarterback for both teams there at the prison.
I've got to take my hat off to Blank for communicating with Vick because he wasn't able to get most of the bonus money back from the convicted felon even though Vick wasn't able to honor the contract because of the incarceration.
Kevin Winston the Falcons director of player development has visisted Vick a number of times at the facility.
I hope Vick is doing a better job of reading the defenses in prison than he did when was playing in the NFL In addition, if I was Vick I'd make sure I kept in shape enough, so I could outrun Bubba.
