If the Eagles draft a wide receiver in the first or second round,
they've got to get these guys on the field.
If they go with DeSean Jackson then they have put the return game as a priority. Jackson is a serious punt returner and would solve all the Eagles problems in the return game.
They could utilize Jackson by lining him up in different places in much the same way they do when they move Brian Westbrook outside. The strategy should be to get Jackson out in the open field.

James Hardy would give them a serious threat in the red zone because he stands 6'7". The guy has caught 36 touchdown passes over the last three years.

Andy Reid and his coaching staff should have enough sense to get a guy like that on the field in the red zone whether he knows all the offense or not. I don't want to hear that he's got to learn the offense nonsense.
There's wide receiver talent in this draft but it's not the kind that's breath taking. They all have good size and speed. If the Eagles were to select any of these guys they've got to put in a package of the offense for them and get them on the field immediately.
The Eagles offense needs help and they need help now.
Take a look at some of the other receivers.
