All 32 NFL Owners Want Out Of CBA

The NFL owners have opted out of the final two year of the current CBA.

The owners don't like the fact that 60% of the league's revenue goes to the players.   The ratified the current CBA in 2006 but have now changed their minds about it.

There will be no change in the current system in 2008 and 2009 but 2010 would be a season without a salary cap.  The 2011 season could be in jeopardy if the players and owners were unable to work out an agreement by then.

The owners are crying about the interest rates and poor economic conditions having a negative effect upong the monies they're making.

The owners also didn't like the fact that a U.S. Circuit court sided with Michael Vick and prevented the Falcons from recouping nearly $20 million dollars from Michael Vick.  The owners see this as another business costs because they can't recoup bonus money from players who violate their contracts.
