How could McNabb and Buckhalter not know the rules for overtime games?
This is totally ridiculous. How could the quarterback on an NFL team not know the rules concerning ties?
I'm not saying it affected anything in the game but it could have. It's Andy Reid's job to make sure they all know the rules.
It's also McNabb's job to know the rules. For a starting franchise quarterback to come out after the game and say he was surprised that they didn't continue playing is ridiculous.
Omar Gaither and Jamaal Jackson admitted afterwards that they didn't know that you would only play one quarter.
Reid needs to have a meeting and go over the rules of the game.
