Brian Dawkins likes it when Donovan McNabb is ticked off about something and has a chip on his shoulder.
Dawkins was interviewed in Hawaii at the Pro Bowl by the NFL Network and made it clear that he didn't have any problem with what motivated McNabb.
"Donovan is just Donovan. I don't want him to change," Dawkins said. "I want him to come back next year with even a bigger chip on his shoulders for whatever reason. Let him make up a reason. I don't care. He plays better when he has a chip on his shoulder because I think he dials in even more."
He shouldn't leave things up to other people, namely the Eagles front office.
I'd like to see him go into the Eagles front offices with that chip on his shoulder and demand that they get him a Pro Bowl tight end and another young talented running back.
They'll also be able to add another wide receiver but don't expect them to go after a marquee guy.
