NFL Hall of Fame writer Ray Didinger thinks the Eagles should give up a first round and third round pick for Arizona wide receiver Anquan Boldin.
Didinger was on 610-WIP this morning with Glen Mcnow and believes Boldin is a true number one receiver, who is a good leader and teammate. The celebrated football commentator thinks Boldin would be more than worth the two picks.
Unfortunately, he doesn’t think the Eagles are going to make that deal because of the way they value those draft picks.
The Giants are supposed to be the top contender with the Eagles for Boldin because they’re looking to replace Plaxico Burress. Of course the Eagles have an advantage of the Giants because they have an extra draft pick.
Football writer Kent Somers of the Arizona Republic thinks it’s a better than 50/50 chance that the Cardinals are going to move Boldin.
