Terrell Owens throw down a series of dunks to win the MVP award in the NBA All-Star Weekend Celebrity game.
The Dallas Cowboys wide receiver played in the game last year and won the MVP award in that game as well. Owens loves playing basketball.
I remember going to his home in Atlanta to interview him before the 2004 season and watching him workout in the gym he has in his home.
He invites friends over and they play basketball all day long on Saturdays and some weeknights.
He works hard on quickness, balance and speed drills. Of course he also does a tremendous job of working on his core, which includes his stomach and back.
He also has a big weight room and sauna. Owens is definitely one of the most dedicated athletes I have ever been around.
