Eagles veteran running back Correll Buckhalter was supposedly going to visit the Broncos now he'll sign with them if he passes his physical.
Buck who said he would leave the Eagles for a chance to start, imust have gotten his offer because he'll become a Bronco this afternoon if his knees are sound enough to pass the physical.
I"ve learned the Buck got what he wanted which is a chance to start. McDaniel knows that Buck is a running back who can do everything you ask of from a running back.
He can run inside or outside, run block or pass block, and catch the football out of the backfield.
Buck made some big plays for the Birds down the stretch in order to get them into the playoffs.
The Broncos are also supposed to sign Cardinals running back J.J. Arrington.
Obviously new head coach Josh McDaniel is looking for running back talent to take some pressure off of Jay Cutler and the Denver passing game. They had no passing game a year ago.
