The Stacy Andrews signing is dependent upon him passing a physical later today.
That's the case with all of these deals but even moreso with Andrews because of the injury he sustaind late in the 2008 season.
He had an ACL tear and has begun his rehabilitation. It's been reported that he's well ahead of schedule and the knee is looking good. I'm sure the Eagles are going to look at that knee very closely.
If everything pans out, Andrews will be a new member of the Philadelphia Eagles and be introduced to the media in the morning tomorrow.
