Tra Thomas Visiting the Jaguars

According to Derrick Gunn of Comcast Sportsnet, Tra Thomas was in Jacksonville, Florida today talking to the Jaguars.

Gunn said Thomas felt the talks went very well but didn't say he got an offer from the Jags.

Of course, Thomas has played left tackle for the Eagles during the past decade is a free agent and deciding whether to stay with the Birds or to go elsewhere.

As much as the Birds throw the ball, they must feel good about Todd Herremans or Shawn Andrews ability to move over and play that position.  That is Donovan McNabb's blindside and the toughest position to play and most important spot on the offensive line.

Andrews said he was comfortable playing the left tackle position and had been working on coming out of that stance, when he talked to the media on a conference call on Saturday.
