Donte Stallworth is done. He's going to spend some serious time in jail because he was legally drunk when he ran over a pedestrian last Saturday morning and killed him.
It has been reported that his blood alcohol rate was well over .08 percent, which is the legal limit.
Miami television station WSVN reported that Stallworth's blood alcohol level was as much as twice the legal limit when he collided with Mario Reyes, 59.
Legal pundits say Stallworth will be charged with manslaughter, which is punishable with up to 15 years in jail.
This young man is surely going to do some jailtime.
