Former Eagles tight end L.J. Smith doesn't think he was treated properly last year by Andy Reid and the Birds coaching staff. Smith took issue with fact that many times nobody came to him and told him where he stood.
Yes it was true that Smith was dropping balls and missing blocks and getting costly holding penalties but that's not important. The important thing is that he had to find out what his situation was a number of times through the media.
Smith says Reid knows he didn't square with him about what his situation was.
So what L.J. was stinking up the place on the field, Smith feels Reid should have given him his respect.
Big deal he never lived up to the franchise tag which placed on him. Big deal that he was drastically overpaid for what he contributed.
With all the crying L.J.is doing, he needs to get a role on General Hospital. On the soaps they're always crying about something, plus they share something in common with Smith.
Nobody in the cast can catch or block.
