The Steelers, Giants and Patriots have not only won Super Bowls in recent years, they are mutliple Super Bowl winners.
Boland made these judgments after looking at the stability and consistency of each organization. He took a look at the financial status, front office, player personnel and coaching personnel.
Notice that these top teams have a loyal following and a relatively new stadium to play in.
