Donovan McNabb is back in the area and he got in a workout at the Nova Care complex today. He had been getting in his workouts out in Arizona for the last couple of months.
The long time Eagles signal caller and the rest of the veterans will be working out as a team next Tuesday on the Eagles practice fields. They'll get in a couple of weeks of work.
This has been in interesting off season for McNabb, who had said he wanted a new contract during and after the season. It hasn't happened.
He didn't have anything to say to the media at the first camp, which immediately after the draft, but he might have something to say during this second and final mini camp.
This will be the last time they get together as a team before they go to training camp at the end of July.
You can believe he's going to be asked about backup quarterback Kevin Kolb saying he would be "frustrated" if he gets another contract.
Whatever his answer is, will become a month-long story. I can tell you this, I wouldn't want one of my teammates to say he would be frustrated if I got another contract.
With teammates like that you don't need enemies.
