Donovan McNabb just got off stage from speaking at the "Get Motivated Seminar" being held at the Wachovia Center. Phillies manager Charlie Manuel and pticher Cole Hamels will also speak today.
McNabb stressed being prepared. He talked about working out and training during the off season. He went into the details of working on his footwork and reading defenses.
He talked about the off season workouts with his teammates as well as his individual work.
McNabb then went through the process he undertakes during the week prior to each game.
He talked about watching the video of each game on Mondays after the Sunday contest. McNabb said he makes sure he goes through every play and critiques himself.

He stressed visualizing what he wants to do during the game. He sits and imagines throwing passes to DeSean Jackson and Brian Westbrook.
He imagines the bombs to Jackson and the screens to Westbrook. He imagines reading the blitzes and avoiding the rush.
McNabb goes through that process about the entire game, including the two minute drill.

McNabb spoke to the overflow crowd for about 30 minutes.
