Ryan Howard was diagnosed with acute sinusitus and may be able to play tomorrow night in Florida when the Phils play Tampa Bay.
Howard has been batling flu-like symptomsfor the last few days.
The big fella missed the game yesterday ending a streak of 343 game consecutive games, which he had played in for the Phils.
On Saturday he got off a hospital bed and hit a three run homer to put the Phillies in the lead against the Orioles. Unfortunately Ryan Madsen blew a save in the ninth of that game and wound up getting the lost.
