It's the beginning of NASCAR on the football field. A Reebok or Riddell logo was no problem but this is going to get ugly.
The team will be joining a number of other teams that have agreed to wear these sponsor patches on their practice uniforms.
The team has finalized an agreement for players to wear the sponsored patch during training camp. Their training camp opens August 3rd at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute.
This is all about additional money for the NFL teams. They aren't getting the dollars from sponsors that they had been getting the past, so they're looking for other ways to bring in income.
