Former Nets star forward Richard Jefferson, who is now a San Antonio Spur had a wedding planned in Manhattan and he was set to lay out $2 million dollars for the event.
Jefferson was going to marry one of the Nets dancers, Kesha Ni'Cole Nichols, but he started having second thoughts.
They got to him and he called it off just a couple of days before the event and sent her an email to let her know. Yes you heard it right, an email. He even forgot to tell many of the people he had invited and they all flew to New York for nothing.
I will give him credit for ending it in a classy fashion. He voluntarily gave her a six-figure settlement, so she can start a new life.
