Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger is being sued by Andre McNulty. She is accusing him of raping her at Harrah's Casino at Lake Tahoe in July of 2008 . The incident wasn't reported to the police, so it's being looked at with a great deal of skepticism.
NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell said he doesn't have a timeline for when he will make the decision about the pro football future fo Michael Vick . Regarding the decision he said, "The process is ongoing, and I hope to make a decision sometime in the near future,"
The commissioner wouldn't say what he meant by "near future".
Regardless of what Goodell decides to do, Vick has made it very clear what his plans are in the near future. He hired speed and conditioning coach Tom Shaw, who lists Tom Brady, Peyton Manning and Jay Cutler as clients, to work him out at his suburban Virginia home. Shaw has been putting Vick through workouts since he got home from his time in the penetentiary.
According to NFL.com, Hall Of Fame-bound quarterback Brett Favre will make his mind up this Friday about this attempt to comeback with the Vikings . Favre had said previously that he would make his mind up by July 30th but his family and friends think the decision will be made by this Friday.
