Reuben Frank of Phillyburbs.com (and probably many other media outlets) writes that talks between the Eagles and Jeremy Maclin are "heating up."
A high-ranking team official tells Frank that although very little progress has been made, the team is encouraged by the ongoing talks with Maclin's agent.
Ok, so at least they are trying.
Additional talks are scheduled for tonight, which is good. Maclin missing time just hurts the team and himself.
