Specifically, he was busted for marijuana possession Tuesday night during a traffic stop where he was a passenger in the car. It says he was in possession of a small amount of pot. What it doesn't say is why pot was found on the passenger of a vehicle during a traffic stop.
Was there reason to believe the driver was intoxicated? Were they misbehaving? Did the car smell funny?
Traffic stops happen all the time. But, everyone in the car doesn't get searched without some reason. I've looked around and can't find anywhere where it explains why the passenger of the car was searched and I sincerely doubt that he had it resting on his head or volunteered the information to the officer.
