When the Eagles offense walks on the field, I'll be checking out LeSean McCoy and Winston Justice. McCoy doesn't have to do anything spectacular.
He just needs to be solid with hanging onto the football when he's running and catching it. He must be solid in his assignments and pick up the blitz if he gets the chance.
I want to see Justice do a good job in the running game and an even better job of blocking for the pass. Hopefully the New England starters will play for a while and play with some enthusiasm. Justice needs to be tested.
I want to see Jeremy Maclin get in there while Donovan McNabb is in the game in the first and second quarters. I want to see him catch some passes and show his skills as a punt returner.
Reggie Brown, Hank Baskett and Brandon Gibson will continue their battle for the final wide receiver position. Right now I think Hank is the odd man out, so he has to make some plays.
It will be rather obvious which one of these guys is the most impressive. The key here will be which quarterback these guys play with.
They'll either play with A.J. Feeley or Adam DiMichele. Feeley might give them the chance to standout, but DiMichele will hurt their chances.
One of the guys I want to see tonight is backup running Aldra Buckley. He's shown the ability to pick up the blitz and he's improving his receiving skills.
He's a tough, hard running ball carrier, who has good speed and would be a good change up from Brian Westbrook and LeSean McCoy.
Right now I think he has an advantage over Lorenzo Booker. We will see which one of them has a better game.
