The Eagles have completed their practice team by adding four players. They signed last year’s fourth round pick Jack Ikegwuonu, fullback Marcus Mailei, safety Reshard Langfor and linebacker Jeremy Leman.
They’re going to give Ikegwuonu more time to recover from the knee injury he had before the 2008 draft. He just doesn’t have all his quickness back.
Through the entire camp I never saw him close on a receiver. It also took him a long time to get up to full speed.
I don’t think he has recovered from the knee surgery. The Eagles are trying give him the time to completely rehab.
