According to ESPN, former Eagles wide receiver Hank Baskett will sign with Indianapolis Colts in the near future. Baskett was released by the Philadelphia Eagles earlier this week so that the Birds could activate quarterback Michael Vick.
Baskett was one of the seven receivers which the Birds hung onto after the 53 man roster dead line passed. It was just a matter time until one of them was going to be released.
The Colts were in need of wide receiver help after wide Anthony Gonzalez was injured in the first game.
