When asked why the Eagles have had so much success against the Cowboys from 1999-2008, Harbaugh, now the head coach of the Ravens, had this to say:
“Why is that? Because what Andy Reid and his program stand for if the opposite of what the Cowboys stand for. The Cowboys are a star system. It’s all about building around individuals first and collecting talent, collecting great players. Andy has always been about building a team. And over the long haul, it’s a team sport, and one of the greatest examples of that is what’s happened with the Eagles and the Cowboys over the last 10 years. The Cowboys stand for everything that’s wrong with the NFL.”
I agree and disagree with this statement.  Yes, Andy Reid has always been about building a team.  Yes, the Cowboys have a tendency to go for star power such as Terrell Owens and Roy Williams.  But I think the biggest difference (aside from coaching issues.  Count how many subpar coaches the Cowboys have had in that time period) is quarterback play.  As Troy Aikman faded, who have they replaced him with?  Vinny Testaverde, Chad Hutchinson, an aging Drew Bledsoe, Quincy Carter.  Any of those guys compare with Donovan McNabb?
