Running Commentary On Tonight’s Eagles-Cowboys Game

I don’t understanding running the ball for nine yards on your first two plays then throwing it on third and one.

Jeremy Maclin showed us that he’s still a rookie on the dropped pass which led to Cowboys touchdown.

It also lets you see how it’s better to be wild low rather than wild high.  When you’re wild high they wind up being intercepted a lot of the time.  Whereas when you’re wild low, the kill the worms but don’t get intercepted.

Those were two great catches by Jason AVant.  It’s hard for me to designate the one which was the best because both of them were great.

Brent Celek made a great catch as well.

Stacy Andrews was beaten by Jay Radlliff.  He’s got to play because Todd Herremans was moved outside to replace Jason Peters.

Good effort by Brent Celek on the reception.

DeMarcus Ware is coming off the corner like a wild man now and they’re taking advantage of it.

What the Eagles thinking in not throwing the ball on that last third down where you’re in position to drive for a touchdown?  All the other time they want to throw the ball on every play but here you’ve got a third and four and you run a trap play.

The Cowboys offensive linemen are downfield blocking before the receiver has caught the football.

The Eagles have to make the officials aware of it before halftime because the Cowboys are going to run more of those wide receivers screens in the second half.
