Sheldon Brown has been solid throughout his entire career here in Philadelphia, but he realized that solid doesn’t get you paid.
If you want to make the big bucks, you’ve got to make the big plays. Brown has started making them and the Birds may have both of their cornerbacks in the Pro Bowl.
Brown made one of those big plays today when he picked off a pass and took it back 82 yards for a touchdown. All of the guys in the league will watch his return and they’ll see he’s among the top interceptors in the league.
Have you ever seen a player who is so hot and cold as Eagles cornerback Asante Samuel is? He either makes a great tackle and nearly causes a fumble, tackles a guy for a loss, or his totally misses the ball carrier altogether.
Samuel is the best ever at jumping routes by receivers. If I were playing against him, I would never throw a short route on his side.
I thought the defensive line did a great job of knocking down passes. Chris Redman is doing something wrong because he gets too many balls knocked down.
As a quarterback you have to look over receivers to stop defensive linemen from knocking the ball down.
Trent Cole was using his underground pass rush again this week and putting serious pressure on Chris Redman.
Cole gets very low on his rush and it causes major problems for all the big offensive line who he goes against. I know a lot of them probably go back to the huddle and say, why doesn’t the guy stand up.
The Birds have got to do something about Quintin Demps. This young men has no intelligence when it comes to hitting the quarterback in the head or hitting players after the play is over.
This penalty thing has been very costly to the Birds already this season, but they’ve got to put an end to it.
That dumb hands to the face move by Max Jean-Gilles forced a touchdown to be called back. This is why Jean-Gilles goes to the bench when everybody is healthy on the offensive line.
Bardzo podoba mi się twoja strona. Dziękuję za świetne informacje i zapraszam na stronę o samochodach. Do zobaczenia!
