Matt Mosley of ESPN.com says that DeSean Jackson told 950 ESPN Radio that he will indeed play against the New York Giants on Sunday. Jackson did admit that he lost consciousness in the third quarter against the Redskins two weeks ago, but thinks he’ll be fine to play this week against the G-men on Sunday night.¬†
He said he wasn’t sure if he would practice on Wednesday because he still has to undergo more tests, but if he’s all good and ready to go, this is a huge boost to the Eagles offense.¬†
Jackson is that much more dangerous with the way that Maclin and Celek have developed.¬† Throw in some Weaver and McCoy and now you are talking.¬† If the Eagles offensive line can get it together (not an easy task with someone always getting hurt and the need for reshuffling), this offense could be downright filthy.¬† And that’s not even including Westbrook coming back.¬† When was the last time you could say that?¬†
