Donovan McNabb will be at this year’s Pro Bowl thanks to the fact that the game will be played a week ahead of the Super Bowl, so either Brett Favre or Drew Brees will be quarterbacking in the Super Bowl and therefore unavailable for the Pro Bowl.
McNabb was selected as the first alternate, which means he will take over for the one which plays in the Super Bowl.
This will be his sixth appearance in the Pro Bowl in his 11 year career.
The game will be played in Miami this year because the NFL thought this is a good way to increase interest in the game.
I don’t agree with them but I guess it’s worth a try.
