The Eagles were very frustrated with now departed defensive end Chris Clemons because they didn’t think he played hard all the time.
You can tell by what Andy Reid and Howie Roseman have to say about Darryl Tapp that they know one thing for sure about him.  He will do is play hard.
“Darryl is a very intense football player and we’re happy to acquire him,” said Reid. “He plays very hard every snap. He’s smart, he’s a good person and he’ll fit very well into our defensive scheme.”
Said Roseman: “Darryl is an up-and-coming player in this league, in my opinion. He’s a good player and a good person, and we liked him very much coming out of Virginia Tech. We believe he’ll be a good addition to our defensive line.”
You can tell that they liked him when he was drafted a few years back and they feel that they can get more out of him than the Seahawks were able to do.
Tapp talked about having to play under numerous coaches and in quite a few systems because of the changes they making in Seattle.
I can tell by the way he talks, he’s not going to be a problem as a teammate and unselfish player.
