Eagles rookie defensive end and number one draft pick Brandon Marshall returned to practice today after going back to Ann Arbor, Michigan on Friday night , so he could take part in the graduation ceremonies at the University of Michigan.
He practiced today with the team and you could see his quickness off the corner in the workout today although the practice was somewhat abbreviated.
He’s heading out to Michigan again today to get everything together before coming back to Philly and getting focused on learning the new defense he will be playing.
“I feel like once I get it down, I’ll be ready¬†to go,” Graham said. “I want to play fast.
The young fella was excited today as he told us about how the encounter he had yesterday with President Barack Obama in Ann Arbor.
The President of the United States gave the commencement speech at the graduation.
“I got to shake his hand. It was a real cool thing — my coach set it up, (Michigan coach Rich Rodriguez) .. I was like ‘please I’m about to go, I just want to shake his hand,’ and¬†I shook his hand. It was real nice. He just said, ‘Go Blue.'”
Kids had a helluva week I’d say.
I didn’t know we drafted Brandon Marshall? I thought he was traded to Miami. C’mon G, that’s just terrible journalism to make a mistake like that.
Sounds similar to the one week I had when Graduating from Rutgers Camden in 1986,
That same weekend I got a “lap dance” (for free) from “Anastasia” at the old “Oasis Club” on
Admiral Wilson Blvd, that’s my 15 minutes of fame story and I am sticking with it …
Lol..btc24..thats funny.
He’s a bust!!! and I’m not talking graham
He’s doing exactly what he promised. It must suck for you to be on the wrong side of history!
