Lawrence Taylor Will Use “I Pleasured Myself Defense” In Rape Trial

Hall of Famer and former New York Giants linebacker Lawrence Taylor is a proud man but he will likely leave that pride behind when he enters the courtroom for his rape trial.

According to TMZ.com, Taylor is willing to do whatever he has to do in order to stay out of jail.  Doing whatever he has to do means telling the world he was masturbating in his room rather than having sex with the 16-year old prostitute who accused him.

Taylor and his lawyer have already denied that he had sexual intercourse with the 16-year old.¬† Now they’re taking it further to say that Taylor had no contact with the 16-year old, but was only involved with himself.

You could imagine what it’s going to like when Taylor has to get on the stand and deliver this testimony, but it could keep him out of jail.

According to New York law, “A person is guilty of rape in the third degree when … he or she engages in sexual intercourse with another person less than seventeen years old.”

TMZ.com points out that Taylor is accused of having sexual intercourse with the young prostitute. “Interestingly … in the criminal complaint against the alleged pimp, authorities allege Taylor engaged in “sex acts” but there is not mention of sexual intercourse — a requirement for 3rd degree rape”.
