Rutgers got a big boast to the future offensive lines when they beat out Notre Dame and Penn State to sign Secaucus offensive tackle Betim Bujari. The young man is a big physical player who has good quick feet and should be able to play any of the offensive line positions, especially guard and tackle.
He’s got good size at 6’4″ 290 pounds and is very bright which should allow Rutgers to get him on the field early. This versatility could get him on the field earlier than expected.
Bujari has already enrolled in Rutgers so he’s looking to impress the Scarlet Knight coaches in spring ball.
Position: Guard

Mike Kinney says: “An extremely versatile player with a high football IQ. Has the footwork and mobility to excel in the running game and also balance and dexterity for pass blocking.”
Luicci says: Already enrolled at Rutgers, he’s the best offensive lineman in the class – with Penn State and Notre Dame making late bids for him. He stayed true to his commitment, made in November of 2008.
