There were a number of reports during the season a year ago that Donovan McNabb was having trouble remembering all of the new terminology of the Washington Redskins offense. Skins head coach Mike Shanahan and his son made this point public. So, the head coach asked McNabb to wear an wristband with many of the plays on it during the games.
If this is true, the Sports Junkies say they have multiple sources, it’s definitely a foolish error by McNabb because who cares whether he wears a wristband. All that matters is whether you get the job done or not. If it would have helped him, he should have put the wristband on during the games. Lots of quarterbacks wear wristbands with the plays on them.
We’ll see if McNabb has a response to this report.
Is this a Washington Redskins website? I must of missed that.
Who cares….
Is this a “follow Profootballtalk.com’s lead” website?
Method(man) – Yes. It is.
Would the wrist bands have blocked some of the defenders that were regularly punching him in the mouth?
Don gets more sh!t then any other pro athlete i’ve ever seen get. All because his defense and coached couldnt help him on the big stage …not even one time.
Class act and Philly All-timer.The Redskins will suck next year and the year after that. So who cares what they asked him to do.
Hey Don…throw 52 times in the Bowl with Honeybuns tryna block Seymour and crew. And btw…your future HOF safety isnt gonna make any big plays and the Pats are cheating.
JJ after the game….everytime i dialed one up …it was liek they knew where and when it was coming.Cause they did JJ.
WTF? NOT wearing the wrist band is what makes you look stupid Donnie. C’mon man!
Once again Erock on point
Does anyone wonder what Bernard Hopkins thinks about the Wristband….
Good Grief…
