NFL Week 16 Picks

ChipKelly5My Overall Record: 141-84

Miami @ Buffalo

Miami continues their late season surge towards a playoff spot.

Pick: Miami 24, Buffalo 13

New Orleans @ Carolina

The Panthers twice now have had the misfortune of facing the Saints right after an embarrassing loss. New Orleans will bounce back from a bad loss to the Rams and wrap up the division crown with a solid victory over the rival Panthers.

Pick: New Orleans 30, Carolina 21

Minnesota @ Cincinnati

The Vikings don’t have back-to-back upsets in them. Cincinnati recovers from a bad loss to the Steelers with an easy home victory.

Pick: Cincinnati 27, Minnesota 13

Denver @ Houston

Houston won’t win another game until 2014.

Pick: Denver 42, Houston 14

Tennessee @ Jacksonville

The Jaguars have played better lately but I don’t think that they’ll pull out two wins against the same team. Titans get a revenge win on the road.

Pick: Tennessee 23, Jacksonville 17

Indianapolis @ Kansas City

The Colts may be the one playoff-caliber team that the Chiefs can beat. Indy’s quality of play has dropped dramatically over the second half of the season.

Pick: Kansas City 27, Indianapolis 23

Cleveland @ New York

Cleveland’s defense forces Geno Smith into several turnovers and the Browns get a road win.

Pick: Cleveland 23, New York 10

Tampa Bay @ St. Louis

The Rams get another win off of the high of toppling the Saints.

Pick: St. Louis 23, Tampa Bay 20

Dallas @ Washington

Romo sucks in the clutch. This much we know. But Washington’s defense is just absolute garbage and I think the Redskins are only interested in closing the book on this dreadful season as soon as possible.

Pick: Dallas 33, Washington 20

New York @ Detroit

Detroit picks up a badly needed win and ends their losing streak against a Giants team that has checked out.

Pick: Detroit 30, New York 14

Arizona @ Seattle

Carson Palmer is a bad match for the Seattle defense.

Pick: Seattle 28, Arizona 17

New England @ Baltimore

Baltimore’s winning streak has been impressive, but it will come to an end against the a New England team that will be looking to bounce back from a tough loss to Miami.

Pick: New England 27, Baltimore 20

Pittsburgh @ Green Bay

Green Bay is playing well even without Rodgers, they’ve got momentum and home field on their side, I like them over Pittsburgh.

Pick: Green Bay 23, Pittsburgh 21

Oakland @ San Diego

San Diego stays alive with a home win over Oakland.

Pick: San Diego 27, Oakland 20

Chicago @ Philadelphia

Kelly learns from his mistakes and gives the ball to his best player, LeSean McCoy.

Pick: Philadelphia 38, Chicago 33

Atlanta @ San Francisco

San Francisco picks up an orderly win on their way towards establishing their playoff seeding.

Pick: San Francisco 28, Atlanta 24

Denny Basens

‘BREAKING NEWS’ : Nick Foles has a ‘groin strain’ and Chip Kelly names Michael Vick starting QB against the Bears.

PREDICTION: Kelly unveils the ‘real read only’ offense for the first time, and Vick runs for almost 100 yard, plus a TD…Kelly uses the ‘3 tight end set’ extensively for the first time, and Vick hits James Casey for 2 TDs: Vick is a perfect 4 – 4 in the red zone, with Shady McCoy picking up a late rushing score.

On defense, the Birds befuddle the Bears and Cutlet all day, sacking him 5 times, with 3 INTs, as Patrick Chung takes a pick 6 to the house.

Alex Henry boots the ball into the end zone all night, special teams squash Devon Hester, and Henry adds a field goal.

Final score: Eagles 38 Chicago 17.

Anyone notices that GMCliffs Diamond in the rough
Draft Pick from last year OT Terrence Armstead is simply getting manhandled by Panthers DE Greg Hardy..
Cliff suggested that Armstead would be a good player for the Eagles to Select in the mid-rounds instead of using a 1st Round Pick in Lane Johnson as I suggested and mocked nany times last year
I think Armstead from Pine Bluff Arkansas will be a back-up Type and Spot Starter while Lane Johnson will be a Starter for 10 Years
His overrating of Players from small Division II Schools sound and look nice until they go up to NFL Competition
