According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, Eagles quarterback coach Bill Lazor interviewed yesterday with the Miami Dolphins for their offensive coordinator position. Lazor just finished his first year with the Eagles as quarterback coach and has been given credit for the development of second-year quarterback Nick Foles.
People throughout the league have been shocked by the play of Foles, so Lazor’s name has become a popular one.
For the past three seasons, Lazor had been at the University of Virginia. This past year with the Eagles wasn’t his first in the National Football League because he had also coached with the Atlanta Falcons, Seattle Seahawks and Washington Redskins.
Word is Kubiak and Kyle Shanahan are the front runners for that OC job.
