Final Thoughts
This was one of the ugliest games of the season.
The Phillies’ offense has been pretty decent through the first two weeks of the year, but over the last three games they’ve started to look as bad as they did throughout Spring Training. Its becoming a struggle for them just to get some runners on base, let alone drive in runs.
They’ve scored just two runs in their last three games, and their latest failure comes in a Colorado ballpark that is extremely hitter-friendly.
