On The Mound
- Jeremy Hellickson was lit up for six runs on seven hits and two walks over five innings.
- Hellickson gave up four runs in the third, and two more in the fifth. His ERA has increased to 4.73.
- Adam Morgan followed Hellickson, and gave up two runs in two innings.
- Hoby Milner pitched a scoreless eighth.
- Hector Neris gave up the winning run in the ninth.

- The offense put up eight runs on 13 hits, including four runs in the seventh and three in the eighth to tie the game.
- Cesar Hernandez went 1-5 with a three-run homer in the seventh that got the Phils back in the game.
- Cameron Rupp tied the game with a three-run shot in the eighth.
- Odubel Herrera went 4-4 with two doubles, a solo homer, and scored three runs.
- Freddy Galvis went 2-5 with a couple of singles.
- Howie Kendrick went 1-5 with a single in his return.

Jeremy Hellickson probably wiped away any chance the Phillies had of landing a decent prospect for him with tonight’s performance. Hellickson had been pitching decently of late, but still wasn’t particularly strong. With tonight’s dismal showing, he probably put a lot of potential suitors off.
Speaking of trade value, the team also rushed Howie Kendrick back into the lineup tonight, in hopes that he can somehow garner enough value over the next week to be dealt before the deadline.
